We gather evidence on all code violations via photo and video.
We contact property owner through all available means.
If the property owner is willing to cooperate:
We work with them to mend dilapidations and bring the property back up to code.
If the property
owner is unwilling to cooperate:
We rally the neighborhood, interview residents, and petition the city for immediate action and pursue avenues of litigation with nuisance abatement charges.
Property owners are held accountable for neglectful behaviors.
Property values increase in the neighborhoods because of revitalized vacancies.
